How do I know that Architects Northwest has successfully received my order?
After you place your order, Architects Northwest will send you a confirmation letter via e-mail.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes Architects Northwest 48 hours for your purchase order to be processed. We ship plans 2-3 day priority mail.
How many sets should I order?
5 sets of plans are included in plan Purchase. We suggest 7-10 sets for each project.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Architects Northwest has Verisign provide us with the most advanced encryption software to keep all of your personal information safe, including credit card numbers, name, and address.
What is Architect Northwest’s return policy?
Architects Northwest will not accept any returns or exchanges.
What is included with each plan I order?
You receive a complete set of construction documents which include: General construction notes, floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, elevations, cross section, construction details, and glazing schedule.
Can Architects Northwest modify a plan for me?
Yes. Contact us via e-mail or by phone with your changes. Architects Northwest will provide you with a quote and time frame for the completion of the modifications you requested.
Can I modify an Architects Northwest plan to fit my needs?
The answer depends on whether you are building in state or out-of-state The answer Is No if you are building inside the State of Washington. Washington State law requires that all modifications to an Architects Northwest plan must be done under the continuous supervision of the Architect of Record, Jeffrey deRoulet. The answer is Yes if you are building outside the State of Washington. Seattle Plan Source is not responsible for modifications and the purchaser (licensee) accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of all modifications. As the purchaser (licensee) of a Seattle Plan Source plan, you are granted a limited license to have the plan modified for personal or code requirements. Seattle Plan Source retains the copyright to the plan and all modified versions. Seattle Plan Source requires the licensee to indicate Seattle Plan Source as the copyright owner of the modified plans.
